力士樂HCS03.1E-W0070伺服器故障修理：F228 Excessive Deviation偏差過大。Description:The drive could not process the given command value and reacted according to the set error reaction.驅動器無法處理給定的命令值并作出反應根據設定的誤差反應。
Cause:原因：
1. The acceleration ability of the drive was exceeded.
超過了驅動器的加速能力。
2. The motor shaft was blocked.
電機軸堵塞。
3. Parameterization error in the drive parameters.
驅動器參數中的參數化錯誤。
4. "S-0-0159, Monitoring Window" was parameterized incorrectly
“S-0-0159，監控窗口”參數設置錯誤
解決方法：
Check the Bipolar Torque Limit, S-0-0092 parameter and set it equal to the maximum allowable value for the application.
檢查雙極扭矩限制，S-0-0092參數，并將其設置為應用的最大允許值。
Check the mechanical system and eliminate any jamming of the motor shaft
檢查機械系統，消除電機軸的任何卡澀現象
Check the drive parameters (control loop settings)
檢查驅動參數（控制回路設置）
Parameterize "S-0-0159, Monitoring Window"
參數化“S-0-0159，監控窗口”
